PLAN A - STANDARD POOL SERVICE
This plan consists of one (1) visit per week by a qualified pool technician who will brush the interior of the pool, skim the surface, brush the tile, test the water for proper chemical balance, add chemicals as necessary, and check the condition of the filter every week. A pool technician will clean the filter as required and vacuum the pool every OTHER week.
PLAN B - SERVICE PLUS
This plan consists of one (1) visit per week by a qualified pool technician who will perform all the procedures described in PLAN A plus vacuum the pool EVERY week.
PLAN C - CHEMICAL & FILTER MAINTENANCE
(for pools with automatic pool cleaners)
This plan consists of one (1) visit per week by a qualified pool technician who will perform a series of water tests to check the pool water for proper chemical balance, add chemicals as necessary, check filters, clean it as necessary, and brush the tile.
PLAN D - COMMERCIAL POOL SERVICE
This plan consists of two (2) visits per week by a qualified pool technician for commercial pools and condominiums. The pool technician will test the pool water for proper chemical balance, record the results on a standard form posted at the pool, add chemicals as necessary, and check the filter each visit. The technician will clean the filter as necessary. Once each week, the technician will perform extensive cleaning of the pool to brush the interior, skim the surface, brush the tile, and vacuum.
PLAN E - SPA SERVICE
(charges determined by the location)
This plan consists of cleaning the spa, testing the water for proper chemical balance, adding chemicals, and cleaning the filter as necessary. Manufacturers of stand-alone hot tubs recommend emptying the tub every 2 to 3 months and refilling with fresh water.
IF PAYMENT FOR ONE (1) YEAR IS MADE IN ADVANCE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE EQUAL TO TWELVE (12) MONTHS’ PAYMENTS WITH THE 13th MONTH FREE.
NO MECHANICAL REPAIRS WILL BE UNDERTAKEN UNTIL VERBAL APPROVAL IS OBTAINED. SERVICE DAYS MAY BE CHANGED DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THESE SERVICES ARE CONTINGENT UPON THE OWNER KEEPING THE POOL, MOTOR, PUMP, FILTER, AND INTERIOR FINISH IN GOOD REPAIR. THE POOL TECHNICIAN WILL ADD WATER TO THE POOL DURING THE WEEKLY VISIT. HOWEVER, THE MAINTENANCE OF THE POOL WATER LEVEL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER.
